I saw this on the way to the station after work one day. It was spray painted onto the pavement all along the main road to the station in varying colours and sizes!
Not too sure what it's supposed to stand for but it made me smile all the way home either way!

It also reminded me a bit of the staff from Card Captors Sakura (a Japanese animation I was a fan of in my high school days).
Except it had a heart in the middle instead of a star! I think it's kinda cute!
