Often when I go to visit my aunty, uncle and cousins, I chat to them long enough to hit dinnertime and sometimes if I'm lucky, they have homemade gourmet pizzas.
We started making it when we found out my aunty's bread maker could make pizza doughs. Since then we've made HEAPS of different pizzas; ham and cheese, garlic prawns, BBQ chicken and my favourite - pork curry.
Once you have the dough ready, it's soooooo easy to make the pizza. Just throw any kind of toppings you've got, drizzle a little olive oil, season to taste and whack it in the oven!
And a mere 8 minutes later, you've got a steaming, hot, delicious pizza ready to be gobbled up!

It's so much fun because the kids get really excited that they get to make their own pizzas.
Although, the excitement only lasts for so long.
They usually end up giving up and asking for their pizzas to be made since it takes them too long to actually MAKE the pizza. Or too long by their stomachs' standards.
What else would we, the older, experienced and mature cousins, be around for?
